Furnishing of particulare, etc. by societ- ies ordered to be registered.
Regulations.
(3) The Governor in Council may from time to time in
his discretion order the premises of any society which
is declared or deemed to be unlawful under the
provisions of this Ordinance to be and remain closed up during such period of time as the Governor in Council may think fit, or until his further order.
6.-(1) Every society ordered by the Governor in Council to be registered under this Ordinance shall, upon being? so ordered, forthwith furnish, and shall in addition
from time to time after registration furnish, to the Registrar all such particulars, information or reporta as may be required to be furnished by such society under the provisions of this Ordinance or of any regulations made thereunder.
(2) Every society ordered to be registered under this. Ordinence shall keep and shall produce to the Registrar on his request an up to date membership roll at its business premises and shall assign a number to each
member of the society.
(3) The president, the secretary, every member of the committee, and every other person managing or assisting in the management, of such society shall be severally responsible for furnishing the said particulars, information or reports and for the keeping end production of such membership roll, and every such president, secretary, member of committee or other person who fails to furnish any of the said particulars information or reports or to keep or produce such membership roll shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
7. (1) It shall be lawful for the Governor in Council
to make regulations
(a) prescribing the particulars, information or
reports to be furnished by societies ordered
